Governance made usable
From policy text to a working operating model.
The kit makes ownership, permitted uses, risk levels and human control points concrete. The documents are designed for real decisions — not just a compliance folder.
Legal foundation
Cited sources — without false compliance promises
The package summarises relevant starting points and links to official sources. It is governance material, not legal advice, certification, a DPIA or a guarantee of compliance.
EU AI Act
AI literacy, prohibited practices, high-risk indicators and deployer obligations.
EUR-Lex · Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 ↗
GDPR
Data protection principles, lawful basis, automated decisions, security and DPIA screening.
EUR-Lex · Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ↗
Swedish DPA guidance
Swedish regulator guidance on generative AI, personal data, governance, training and human oversight.
Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection ↗
Swedish co-determination
For employers bound by a collective agreement, Section 11 MBL requires consultation before decisions on important changes. Other information or consultation duties may also need case-specific assessment.
Swedish Parliament · Act (1976:580) ↗
Swedish Discrimination Act
Discrimination prohibitions and preventive measures matter when AI affects recruitment, work or employment conditions.
Swedish Parliament · Act (2008:567) ↗

Frequently asked questions
Does the kit make a company compliant?
No. It creates structure and documentation but cannot replace assessment of actual systems, data and use. It includes stop signals for specialist support.
Is this legal advice?
No. It is general information and practical templates. The commercial version must also receive external legal review before launch.
Can we edit the documents?
Yes. The delivery includes editable DOCX, XLSX and CSV files plus PDFs. The licence covers internal use by one legal entity.
Does it cover recruitment AI?
It helps identify the risk, but employment AI may trigger high-risk, privacy, discrimination and labour-law requirements and needs separate assessment.
When does the AI Act apply?
Different provisions have different application dates. Chapters I–II have applied since 2 February 2025; the Act applies generally from 2 August 2026, with additional transitional rules. Always check the current official text.
